We collect legal identity records, accredited/institutional onboarding disclosures, settlement instructions, and e-signature audit metadata (IP address, UTC timestamp, and SHA-256 document digests).

All sensitive records are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3. Investor documents are retained for 7 years in compliance with institutional recordkeeping standards.
